The 2019 Headstart Junior 4 Star tournament took place in Halifax, December 27-30.
Sebastian Nguyen of Stratford PEI defeated Caden Colburne of Truro Nova Scotia 6-2, 6-3 in the final of the boys under 12 event. The girls under 14 champion was Maggie Chong of Crapaud PEI, defeating Zarah David of Halifax 6-1, 6-1. Maggie was also a finalist in the Girls under 16 Division losing 6-4, 6-4 to Lily Ramsay of Halifax.
