The Next Gen program is for identified players between the ages of 6 and 10yrs. These participants will learn advanced skills in preparation for tournament play. Rogers Rookie Event Participation will lead to Atlantic U10/U12 tournament participation.

Rally Ball Jr. 5-7yrs (Fridays) 4-5pm
Students are introduced to tennis on mini courts using “starter” balls that travel slower and bounce at appropriate levels for young learners. Fundamental tennis skills are presented (forehand/backhand.net play and serve) and the emphasis is on rallying with a partner numerous times leading to a mini competition. Fun, excitement, and enjoyment remain a focus so that each student develops a love for tennis.

Rally Ball 8-14yrs (Fridays) 5-6pm
Progression from modified courts to full court tennis (ability dependent) preparing players for match play. Tennis fundamentals are reinforced and refined. These classes are fun and exciting and introduce players to scoring and game play.
